No. On-site estimates for excavation, septic, land clearing, and retaining walls are always free. We do ask that you have a clear idea of the project area so we can give you an accurate quote
It depends on the season and our current job queue. Small clearing or septic repairs often start within 1–2 weeks. Larger projects may schedule 3–4 weeks out. Call us for current availability.
Occasionally for emergency septic repairs. For standard projects, we work Monday–Friday. We do return calls and texts on weekends.
Check, credit card, and we offer financing options through third-party providers. Ask about financing when you call.
Yes. Blake Excavation carries full liability and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance available upon request.
Yes. For septic installations and repairs, we handle the permitting process with Josephine or Jackson County. For land clearing, we check ODF and county requirements and handle the paperwork.
Helpful details include: property address or cross streets, a rough description of the project (e.g., "clear ½ acre of blackberries and small trees"), and any photos you can text or email.
Note: Land clearing and retaining walls are not emergency services. Please call during regular hours for those projects.
